Are you ready to ride the payments wave with a new look? PayHere has revamped the PayHere merchant dashboard and it’s got all you need in one place.

Here are some snaps of the new user interface.
Home Tab
View a snapshot of payments, payouts and refunds.
Payments Tab
View each successful payment, refund, declined payment and chargeback payment. Apply filters for more information.
Subscriptions Tab
View the current subscription payments and pre-approval payments.
Payment Links Tab
Create payment links and subscription links. Manage items and stock availability.
Invoices Tab
Create invoices, add new invoice items and manage new customers.
Payouts Tab
View payouts and filter by different date ranges for more information.
Integrations Tab
View Merchant ID and Merchant Secret. Add or delete domains/ apps. Customize the checkout page for each domain. Customize the payment methods to be displayed for each domain.
Reports Tab
Generate reports for custom dates and save report templates for future downloads.
Account Tab
View and edit business profile and user profile. Add team members for different roles. Change email notification settings and Premium Merchant-SMS notification settings. View past billing details.
Settings Tab
View current plan and upgrade or downgrade as you prefer at any given time. Set up discounts for different payment methods. Create API keys.
Logout Menu
Select the dropdown list on the top-right corner to log out or change the password or check account settings. You can also switch to the old dashboard if you prefer the old way of doing things.
Surprise! Night Mode
For batman and night owls, PayHere presents the “night mode”. You can use it during the daytime if you prefer to do so; no judgements! Just click on the moon/bulb icon on the top-right and you are good to go.
