Did you know that you can switch between the PayHere packages at any given time?
PayHere has three Fee Packages. The names of the packages are as below.
- PayHere Lite
- PayHere Plus
- PayHere Premium
Here is a comparison of the three fee packages.

The percentages seen are charged per transaction.
For example in the PayHere Lite package; if a customer pays with a MasterCard, 3.30% of the payment value will be charged as the card processing fee and the remaining amount will be received by the merchant to the business bank account registered with PayHere.
If the customer pays with the HelaPay payment method, 1.99% of the payment value will be deducted as the HelaPay processing fee and the remaining amount will be received by the merchant to the business bank account registered with PayHere.
The service fees per month are charged based on billing months; not calendar months.
The service fee is only applicable to the Plus and Premium packages.
For example, if the merchant activated the Plus package on the 15th of March, the package will not expire on the 31st of March; rather it will be active until the 15th of April. The merchant can decide to stay in the package or switch to a different one.
Please refer to the information below on fees as well.
